Application for the Hire of Wandandian Hall

PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE COMPLETING THIS APPLICATION FORM 

Please note:

  • The hall can accommodate approximately 100 people under normal circumstances 
  • Hire includes full use of the kitchen.
  • Security bonds are refundable following inspection.
  • 18th and 21st birthday parties require WDCA Committee approval.
  • Tennis court hire is managed separately by Shoalhaven City Council.
  • A formal Hall Hire Agreement will be sent to you after we receive your application if your application is approved. To secure the booking you will need to complete it and return it to the Booking Officer, and pay the appropriate deposit or full fee (as applicable) within 7 days.
