Notes
- Hire includes full use of the kitchen including unmatched crockery and cutlery.
- Security bonds are refundable following inspection.
- 18th and 21st birthday parties require WDCA Committee approval.
- Tennis court hire is managed separately by Shoalhaven City Council.

Plan A – Community Casual Hire
Suitable for one-off community or not-for-profit activities. 20% discount applies for 10 or more CONSECUTIVE bookings.
Plan B – Functions up to 50 guests
Suitable for small functions and parties.
Plan C – Functions 51-100 guests
Suitable for larger functions and parties.
Plan D – Business / Commercial Hire
Suitable for business and commercial organisations.
Additional Charges
- Hall setup (from 2:00pm on the previous day): $110
- Provides access to the hall the day prior to the event for the purpose of setting up the hall
- Full Place Settings (up to 100 guests): $56
- White dinnerware and cutlery pack.
- Requirement: Must be left washed and dried after use.
Tennis Court:
The adjacent Shoalhaven City Council Tennis Court is available for the use of hall patrons but needs to be hired separately from Shoalhaven Council. Hire details can be found here.
